The main way I’m working to creating a more equitable economy is through coaching. I found my way to coaching through teaching, and I love it because it’s rooted in empowering people - it’s about recognizing the light and fire within each person and walking alongside of them as they brighten it. I’ve been formally studying the profession of executive coaching since 2019 and am currently completing a Masters of Arts in Executive and Organizational Coaching.

I am also completing a certification in Hello Seven Business Coaching. Hello Seven is dedicated to helping women build wealth - they are changing the future of the economy one entrepreneur at a time.  They have done amazing work in designing a tangible business growth framework and building community across the world, which is why I wanted to study their methods. They help people take an initial idea and scale it from no revenue, through early revenue, to 6-figures, and then $1M+.  It’s not a promise to go from nothing to a million overnight - it’s a vetted framework to help you identify what you need as you grow to $1M+ in revenue.  The best part is that the framework covers building your toolset, skillset AND mindset.  They’re all critically important.

In 2024, I’ll have a couple of spots for monthly sessions. I’ll also be offering a limited-spot group for entrepreneurs who are at Hello Four ($100K - $250K) and wanting to break into Hello Five ($250K - $500K) in 2024!
