The fundamental belief of coaching is knowing that the individual or team have their best answer - sometimes they need some help along the way. A coach’s role is deep listening to help you untangle and identify the path forward.

Deep listening seems like an almost forgotten skill. People want to rush in to solve your problems for you. We’re here to listen with deep curiosity and ask probing questions to co-develop solutions or systems to address the change you are looking to make.

We work with individuals and / or teams. We recommend that individuals or teams bring a systems-level awareness to what they are trying to impact in their workplace.
